You can manage your job applicants all in one place with in the Job Section:
Go to JOBS > POSTED JOBS
Select the job you want to review:
Under the title you can see how many people have seen your job, how many have interacted, and the job ID.
Review Applicants: Scroll down under the job posting to see ALL the applicants.
Re-name your JOB FOLDER: The default folder for all the applicants is the JOB ID number. To make it easy for you to find the folder, tap the folder icon which appears at the top of the list of applicants:
Add Sub-Folders: To manage your applicants you will want to sort them into folders.
Here is the default MAIN FOLDER view called 'ALL' (all applicants):
Add Sub-folder by tapping on the Folder + icon and give it a name, and 'Create.'
(in this example we added a sub-folder "Callback" and a sub-folder "No")
The sub-folders appear, showing the number of applicants inside the folder (currently 0):
Move Candidates to Folders: Make a cut by moving candidates to the appropriate folder by tapping the 'move' icon and selecting which sub-folder to move them to:

MAKE NOTES:
You can make notes about the candidates in the right corner which are private (not seen by the applicant) to remind you about them as you review their materials, or meet with them.
FINALIZING THE CANDIDATES:
As you narrow down the candidates, you can continue to add additional folders so eventually you can just view the final candidates.
SHARE YOUR FOLDERS with your team:
You can share your choices with other members of your team really easily so they can also make notes.
Go to Folders > Tap on the SHARE icon, then copy the URL to share with your team:

When your team enters the URL they can see all of your folder divisions and your private notes.
If they are not logged in, they will not be able to see your notes.
If they want to add their own notes, they can COPY FOLDER into their own list of folders, which will allow them to add their notes.
NOTE: Be mindful about who you share the link with since your private notes will be able to be seen when they log in.
If you want to see the additions your team member made to the notes, they will share THEIR folder with you and you can make a copy of it (give it a new name) and see their comments by following the same steps.
MESSAGING:
Tap on the message icon in the applicants submission to begin a message thread with them.
MARK AS REVIEWED:
After you have reviewed the application so you can keep track of which you have already reviewed and which have yet to be reviewed by tapping the 'mark as reviewed' button.
MAKE AN OFFER:
Once you've made your choice, you can tap 'make an offer' and the applicant will be notified that they were selected and they will have the chance to accept the offer.
